For the second time, Esse yachts from two regatta classes competed in the Thalwil Cup on Lake Zurich - this year five Esse 750 and eleven Esse 850 took part.
Under good conditions, six races were sailed in the Esse Cup. Florian Haufe (SUI 025) won the Esse 750 class, followed by Josef Schuchter (SUI 014) and Serafin Ritscher (SUI 037). Alain Marchand and his crew of the "OttoCinquedue" (SUI 172) took first place among the Esse 850 boats ahead of Nicola Fuso (SUI 178) and Jan Bachmann (SUI 155).
